The shower cartridge needed replacing and Nick handled it quickly and cleanly. He also identified an issue with the mixing valve and got the water temperature dialed in correctly. Professional from start to finish, would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the overall installation of the tankless water heater and removal of my old 50 gallon tank. The workmanship of the plumbing and exhaust lines was textbook. The new lines were installed clean and tight to the walls resulting in the most minimal visual impact. They were very easy to work with when deciding the location to mount my tankless water heater, even when some of my proposed locations would have been more complex and challenging. They made notable efforts throughout the day to keep the work area clean and washed down surfaces during the removal of the old tank to prevent staining from the rusty water that dripped on the floors. I most certainly will use them again for any future plumbing needs.
