Do you pull permits for new construction and remodel work?

Yes — we pull plumbing and gas permits and coordinate inspections. All rough-in work is inspected before walls are closed. Don’t work with any plumber who suggests skipping permits on new construction or major remodel work.

Can you work directly with my general contractor?

Absolutely. We’re accustomed to coordinating with GCs and fitting into a broader construction schedule. Reach out early in the project so we can plan the rough-in phase around your framing timeline.

I’m doing most of the work myself — can I hire you just for the plumbing?
