About Us
We’re a small team. Joe Verrico and Joe Palmer built this company from the ground up, and today Nick and Jake Palmer help carry the standard of their work forward, while building their own. Four guys who show up on time, explain what they find, and fix what actually needs fixing, nothing more.

Joe has spent decades honing his craft and building a reputation on the highest quality of work. His standard is to give everything he has with everything he does.
Joe Palmer
Joe keeps the operation running and is the voice many customers first hear when they call. He brings a standard of professionalism to every interaction.
Nick Grace
Nick handles field work, estimates, and day-to-day operations. He’s Navien-trained & NSS certified in tankless water heaters and boilers along with CSST certifications (Gastite & TracPipe) for gas work.
Jake Palmer
Jake is a core part of what makes the team work. He brings attention to detail and commitment to getting every job done the right way.
